Behavior change for November

Thursday November 4, 2010
I did a light lifting and ab workout with the 26 lbs. Friday I woke up at 5:10 AM to play b-ball, we only played two games which was kind of a bummer. Lunch was a PB sand and organic chips with a granola bar. Dinner was a frozen Tombstone pizza with a side salad.

Sunday November 7, 2010
Current time is 11:48 AM, yesterday I ran, it was the usual loop totaling in three miles for the day. Planning to do a late night around 11 PM.

Wednesday November 10, 2010
I got in a 23 minute lifting workout on Monday, today will be another lift day. Usually when I come home first thing I do is nap, but instead I left the house at 4:30 PM to shoot around at the outdoor half court. I stayed till 5:15 shooting baskets.

Friday November 12, 2010
Woke up at 5:15 AM and did some light lifting, followed by 4 games of b-ball at the church. Thursday was my vegetarian day for breakfast I combined Cheerios and Kashi Go Lean lunch was a PB sand and flaxseed organic chips. For dinner I had rice and black beans.

Saturday November 13, 2010
Meet friends at 5:30 for b-ball. Three came so it was perfect numbers for 2v2. Lost the first game, won the second (I was accidentally tripped in game 1) one kid was so tired from the games that we had to resort to playing 21. We continued playing and finished just before dark.

Thursday November 18, 2010
I lifted tonight with the 26 lbs but for breakfast I combined Cheerios with not just Go Lean but another variety of Kashi cereal, Honey Sunshine. Lunch was the usual PB sand, granola bar but grapes as well. Dinner wound up being butter nut squash soup and black beans.

Saturday November 20, 2010
Was a run day, I wound up doing the loop 2 times, the first time around I clocked in at 11:41 and the second one was much worse because of cramping. I would definitely like to revisit running the 1.6 loop for time when my running shape improves.

Sunday November 21, 2010
Still sore from the run yesterday, went out at 3 to my outdoor court to play ball about an hour later or so two kids joined in. Eventually we decided to play 2 on 1 me vs them. I let them win the first two games and then won the next 5 games.
